Caitlyn is a former middle school English teacher, having spent 12 years in the classroom. She has a passion for teacher and student success and empowerment. She holds a BA in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota-Morris and a MA in Literacy Education from Hamline University. Having seen first-hand the power of implementing the Modern Classrooms model, she is thrilled to be able to play a role in bringing MCP to teachers across the country.

Caitlyn lives just south of Minneapolis, Minnesota with her husband, daughter, and dog. She loves to read, try new recipes, paddle board in the summer, and stay cozy in the winter. Recommending books and feeding people are her love languages.
