Mia Flowers
Project Manager
Mia Flowers brings nearly a decade of experience working to transform our traditional education systems. Most recently, Mia served as a Project Lead at Springboard Collaborative, where she guided their school-facing department with internal strategic planning, project management, daily operations, department workflows, and cross-team communication. Before this, she worked on a research project at the Center for Justice Innovation, exploring restorative justice programming as a tool to interrupt the school-to-prison pipeline. In this role, she led community-building and crisis intervention efforts, developed restorative justice curricula, and spearheaded policy reform initiatives at a high school campus in Central Brooklyn.
Mia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from the State University of New York at Oswego, where her dedication to community welfare and creating meaningful impacts in underserved communities began. Mia also enjoys running a small jewelry business, exploring new restaurants, and painting!
