1) Your Expert Mentor
We’ll pair you with an Expert Mentor, who teaches your content and uses our model every day. Your mentor provides one-on-one coaching and research-backed feedback throughout the Program. Whenever you have a question, your mentor is there.

2) Classroom-Ready Content
You’ll create materials you’ll actually use: instructional videos, mastery checks, progress trackers, and more. Your mentor will provide detailed comments in your Feedback Journal. You’ll finish with at least three complete Modern Classroom lessons.

Ready to get started?
The Mentorship Program generally takes 25-30 hours to complete. It includes optional live presentations and workshops, but you can access all lessons and complete all assignments asynchronously, at a pace that works for you.
We offer the Mentorship Program as follows:
During the school year: two 12-week sessions, one from October-January and the other from January-April.
Over the summer: two 5-week sessions, one from May-June and the other from June-July.
