Modern Classrooms Project covers 80% of the premium cost for you and your eligible family members, calculated using our designated reference plan as a benchmark. The reference plan represents a high-quality, no-deductible option. If you choose a plan with a lower premium, your out-of-pocket cost will decrease. If you opt for a higher-premium plan, you simply pay the difference.

• Dental and Vision Insurance: We provide dental and vision coverage through CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. We cover 80% of premiums for you and your eligible family members, providing access to high-quality care for preventive, routine, and specialized needs.

We offer a comprehensive PTO package to support your well-being and work-life balance, including:

• Four weeks (160 hours) of paid vacation each year, plus the ability to rollover up to 2 weeks (80 hours) of unused time each year. 

• Paid Sick and Safe Leave that accrues monthly to help you take care of yourself and your loved ones when needed.

• Twelve weeks (60 business days) of paid parental leave for both moms and dads following the birth or adoption of a child.

Our team works remotely with flexibility to set their schedules. Core meetings are held between 10 AM and 4 PM ET, but outside these hours, employees can design a workday that suits them.
